New Patient Visit
$250
During the new patient visit, a complete history and physical will be taken including but not limited to allergies, medications, social history, medical history, surgical history, review of systems, physical exam, assessment and plan of care. You can expect this visit to last approximately 1 hour.
Established Patient Visit
$100/$150/$200
For an established patient, a visit may last 30-75 minutes depending on the complexity of care and management decision making process. During this type of visit you can expect to have your health care concerns addressed along with a physical exam and any necessary treatment planning.
Specialized Visit
$100
During a specialized visit for weight loss management or medication assisted treatment, you can expect a 30-45 minute visit to address your health care needs as they relate to the type of visit you are in for as well as any required treatment planning.
